Country girl at heart

Hey bloggers! Well, I just got back from taking a short trip to my grandpa's farm, and I absolutley love it out there. There is hardly any cell service and it's just so peaceful there. It's so beautiful out there it's mesmerizing. My dad and I got there about 1 am on friday and the stars filled the sky so much I couldn't even find the little dipper and the big dipper! It was just amazing, it took me an hour of just staring at the stars to find what i believe was the big and little dippers. And did you guys know that you can actually see the milky way! I know it's freaking awesome! I am totally just a country girl at heart. I would be content with just living out there and farming and having horses and just loving life altogether. I wish that I could live there, but the house needs so much work done to it, and it's not ours anyways, it's my grandparents and then my aunt gets it. I'm just hoping and paying that she doesn't try to tear down the house and build a new one, because that house is over 100 years old and priceless. Seriously, you can't put a price on memories and love. I just love that place and hope to keep seeing it and one day brin my kids there and tell them stories and let them see the beauty that God creates at night time and the beauty of His earth! Oh and I found the coolest shirt at one of the farm stores there, the cashier was wearing it and it said Farm Girl I dont fall for pick up lines I fall for pick up trucks. I'm so going to buy that shirt!! Anyways, I gotta go for now but I'll be back later. Bye!

Hello

Hello people! Well, I guess I should tell you a little about myself. For starters, I am 18 and 1/2 now and i am enrolled in my second year of college. I go to Mineral Area College. My major is Criminal Justice and I am studying to become an NCIS Special Agent. For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service. I will be a federal officer, who is world known. That means I can go anywhere with my badge and it will work. I will be transfering to the University of Central Florida probably in the Spring 2010 school semester. I almost a straight A student. For the time I have been at MAC I have made all A's except for English Comp I. I made a C in it, because the class was online and I don't do online classes very well. I have a 3.8 GPA and am highly proud of it!
I have brown hair and its short, but I've deicided to grow it out to about two inches below my shoulder. I have 7 brothers and sisters, Brittany, 20 and married to David, 21; Dalton, 17; Dakota, 16; Ryan, 16 and they are not twins they are step sibilings; Savannah, 12; and Carolina, 7. Dalton and Dakota are fully blood related. Carolina is my half-sister. Brittany, Ryan, and Savannah are my step-sibilings. And David is my brother-in-law.
My father is Brad, and he is biological. My mother is Amanda, and she adopted Dalton, Dakota, and me. Our biological mother, Brenda, died when I was 11. It has been hard for us, but my parents were already divorced, so we didn't get to see her but every other weekend. Sometimes I think that actually makes it harder, but I don't know because I've never been in the other boat. We have always been surrounded by people we love, though, so it's been somewhat easier.
My best friend is Andrea and I love her to pieces!!! She is amazing! We have so much fun together, whether we are jsut hanging out and talking all night, or swimming in her pool, or going shopping together. We are so much alike it's scary! As far as close friends go, I don't really have many of them, I count Andrea, Brittany (sis), Lisa, Michael, and thats about it. And as far as other friends, though, I guess I have a good amount. Let's see, there's Em D., Emily L., Mea Mea, KayKay, Lindsey, Carrie, Jimmy, Nikki, Jess Lewis, Jessica E., Micahel, Blair, Sierra, Bridget, Hope, Bud, Bradley, Kaitlin, Emma, Rachel, Lisa, Sarah, Sasha, Tyral, I think that's all, but I don't talk to a lot of these people all the time.
For church, I attend Faith Family Worship Center, FFWC for short. Wednesday youth is my favorite, and I love it! Our Youth Pastor Jeremiah is amazing!! We go on trips and camps and do lots of fun stuff. My church is amazing and I love it! Jesus is awesome and He is doing some really awesome stuff in the church right now!! Praise His name all the days!!!
Anyways, I have to go and get ready for Vacation Bible School at church tonight. The theme is The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything-Veggie Tales. It's gonna be awesome! I'm in charge of the skits and I'm helping with the snacks and science part, so my plate is pretty full. Anyways, catch ya later, bloggers!!! Bye!
